Infopoint Domodossola surprises the Secretary General

In the last days of June, Ambassador Markus Reiterer, Secretary General of the Alpine Convention and the Deputy, Marianna Elmi, visited the Infopoint in Domodossola (IT). During this visit, there was time for a last exchange of reflections with the people and partners, which whom Reiterer worked  together since 2013. As the cherry on the cake, the Infopoint surprised the Secretary General with a special gift: a book born from the first edition of the Infopoint “Reading Mountains Award”. The book “La Montagna e la Fantasia” collects the stories related to the topic of mountains that have been written by first grade students of the secondary schools of the Verbano Cusio Ossola Province.

Markus Reiterer: “It’s a beautiful output of a creative initiative in the scope of our Reading Mountains Festival, celebrating Alpine cultural diversity”. This proves once again that the Infopoint Domodossola carries out the role of Infopoint to the Alpine Convention with great enthusiasm and engagement: “The cooperation with  Ars.Uni.Vco and the team of the Infopoint has always been outstanding and I hope that this fruitful collaboration will remain a key value in disseminating  the message of the Alpine Convention”, concluded Ambassador Markus Reiterer. The Secretariat is happy to send one copy of the book (in Italian language) to the first 15 persons who send an email to: communications@alpconv.org with subject “Unleash creativity”.
