With the support of the Contracting Parties of the Alpine Convention, they managed to set up the Youth Alpine Interrail: this summer, 100 train passes to travel across the Alps during seven days are being offered at the reduced price of 50 Euros. Secretary General Markus Reiterer says: “I believed in this project from the start, when its young promoters arrived at the XIV Alpine Conference in Grassau in October 2016 full of enthusiasm about discovering the Alps by public transport.
