Zuugle
Zuugle checks mountain tours published on the internet and, if they are reachable by public transportation, the tours are listed in the Zuugle search results, including suggested timetables for the outward and return journeys. Zuugle thus facilitates the planning of mountain tours with public transport for all those who want to go to the mountains by train and bus, as well as offering new inspiration.
The platform started in 2022 with 3.000 tours, quickly increased the number of tours to over 10.000 in the German-speaking Alpine territory, expanded its services to Slovenia in 2023, and is now able to enrich and display over 17.000 mountain tours. Filter options allow to tailor the search results to one´s own needs. The aim is to extend this service to the whole Alpine area.
