MoVe Isar & Loisach
Guided by the slogan “Spiel, Spaß, Sport und was Sinnvolles” (fun, adventure, exercise, and something meaningful), summer 2023 once again saw young cyclists pedalling alongside rivers, this time the Isar, Loisach, Isel, and Drau. In addition to cycling together on two wheels, the tour was packed with fun, action, and nature conservation activities at mobile environmental restoration stations. Hands-on activities were the focus and overnight accommodation is in tents. For 2023, the tour was planned in three stages, each one week long.
The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV).
