The International Mountain Conference (IMC) took place in Innsbruck from 11-15 September 2022. With a packed agenda of over 80 workshops and events, the international conference was a great meeting point for researchers, policymakers, and members of the public interested in mountain issues.
The Alpine Convention participated in the conference with an information stand, shared with the team from the Mountaineering Villages.
The conference was a great opportunity to exchange with colleagues from mountain regions around the world, including ICIMOD and CONDESAN, as well as other international mountain organisations.
