Alpine Climate Camps

Alpine Climate Camps aimed to support young climate activists and those interested in climate action. The project combined mountain sports with activism. It began with a film event in Liechtenstein about youth engagement, followed by a roundtable discussion. Two camps followed: the first focused on recovery, networking, and renewed motivation of the activists. The second had a more activist focus—participants cycled CO₂-neutrally to a glacier, experienced nature, witnessed climate change firsthand, and engaged in actions along the route. The initiative fostered sustainability, youth participation, and cross-border collaboration for a better future.
