CONVENTION DEPOSITORY

Art. 12 of the Alpine Convention

Austria is the depository (location where all signed documents are stored) of the Alpine Convention as stated in Art. 12 of the Alpine Convention.

The Alpine countries shall notify the Depository on matters referring to the Convention and the Depository shall inform all other States and Parties of any notification it receives thus keeping them informed and updated on any changes – new signatures, deposit of ratifications etc.

The Depository shall inform the Alpine States and Signatories of any signature, date of entry into force of the Convention and declaration made referring to the extension of the territory covered by the Convention.
